Practice Manager, UX, and Principal Accessibility Engineer
David Sloan is UX Practice Manager at TPGi, a global digital accessibility agency and software provider. David manages services that focus on improving the user experience for people with disabilities across a range of digital platforms, from web to kiosk. Services include user research, design reviews, JAWS scripting and he has a particular interest in helping organizations grow accessibility capacity in a deliberate, mature way. David joined TPGi in 2013, and previously spent 14 years as an accessibility researcher, teacher and consultant at the University of Dundee in Scotland, where he completed a PhD researching effectiveness of web accessibility audits as a motivational tool.
