In 2011, we created the Web's first mobile, tablet and fully accessible website and we have been doing that ever since. We have also been undertaking website accessibility audits for many years and we are one of the very few agencies that use disabled people as part of their audits and provide video evidence of that as part of every package. There is no point in having an accessibility audit on your website unless you are going to do it properly. Automated testing will only address 30% of the issues that will be present on a website. Having real disabled people involved in your audit is the only way you can be confident that you are getting a true picture of the accessibility of your website. As well as giving you a comprehensive audit of your website, we can also write an accessibility statement for you that will truly reach out to disabled people, regardless of what accessibility problems there may be with your website. This statement will inform your disabled visitors what the problems are with your website but will also reach out to them, offering alternative solutions to help them get the information they want. It is not about being perfect, it is about doing what you can to be inclusive and welcoming to everyone, regardless of their ability or disability.
