Mission

Springbrook has a heartfelt commitment to serve people with special needs. It takes pride in its Christian heritage,  family centered programs, and the ability to meet the ever changing needs of those it serves.

Services Provided

Residential School, Day Program School, Integrated (both Special Education and Private Pay) Preschool, Day Habilitation, Employment Services, Self-Directed Services, Community Homes, Housing Navigation, and Special Olympics.

Number of People Served

Springbrook support more than 1,000 people across a 14 county region, with more than 1,300 staff members employed.

How Donations Are Used

Donations are used to enhance the lives of the people it supports, whether through direct improvements to equipment and facilities, or indirectly, like funding staff development programs like Springbrook Scholars, a higher education program that offers tuition-free and tuition reimbursement options to eligible employees.

Project Spotlight

Its beautiful 200-acre main campus is home to its Residential School, as well as nine on-campus homes, Springbrook's Family Engagement Center, and newly refurbished nature trails. This project has made it possible to enjoy the beauty of the region without leaving campus during this time of social distancing. Springbrook hopes to further improve and develop new trails in the future.

Interesting Fact

Springbrook was founded as an orphanage called the Upstate Baptist Home for Children, and transitioned to a I/DD service provider and school in the 1960's.
