Ray Graham Association serves over 2,000 people with disabilities and employs nearly 350 people. Ray Graham enriches lives by empowering those we support and those who care for them to reach, grow, and achieve.

87% of every dollar donated goes directly to help people with disabilities. Donations ensure that  Ray Graham Association is able to safely support people in a loving community, regardless of current events.

Project Spotlight

The Butterfly Ball has always been its hallmark fundraiser. This year, it is more important than ever before. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), whom it honors this year, deserve so much appreciation and admiration. Awards and Accreditation

For over 20 years, the Council of Quality and Leadership (CQL) has accredited Ray Graham Association for our leadership’s vision of dignity, opportunity, and community for all people.

The Ray Graham Association Hanson Center is a Premier Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International accredited center with a heated indoor riding facility, riding trails, and an outdoor arena.

Ray Graham Association partners with hundreds of businesses and institutions throughout DuPage and the surrounding counties to help people with disabilities find a job and find the right fit, contributing to the 90% retention rate for employment seekers.
