- Grant a permanent injunction, requiring Defendant, its successors, agents, assigns, representatives, employees, and all persons acting in concert therewith, to develop and implement a comprehensive accessibility policy with respect to provision of electronic documents on www.halifaxhealth.org including effective compliance monitoring of its contractors, to provide equally effective access to all electronic documents
- Award damages in an amount to be determined at trial
- Award Plaintiff reasonable litigation expenses and attorneys' fees
- Award such other and further relief as it deems necessary, just and proper
