From Otsego to Fulton, Herkimer to Broome, Southern Tier Connect knows its region and each unique community within it. They take pride in building dynamic personal relationships that connect people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to the highest quality services in the Southern Tier. Each partnership empowers each person they serve to realize their potential and lead the healthiest life possible.

How Donations Are Used
Donations come through entities like the Springbrook HELP Committee, which are used to help purchase needs (or at holiday time, wants) of members who might have a gap in what they can afford.
Project Spotlight
After two and a half years, Southern Tier Connect has expanded its in-person care coordination to both Utica and Ithaca, and look forward to expanding further in the coming months.

Southern Tier Connect was formed as a partnership between Springbrook, Delaware Opportunities, J.M. Murray, and the Family Enrichment Network.
