Most lawsuits (51%) were filed in Illinois with California coming in second at 18%. We detected that 4% of litigated websites in August are using a Third-party accessibility Overlay tool. EQUAL ACCESS LAW GROUP, PLLC filed the most complaints in August with 39 lawsuits in Illinois.
