How Donations Are Used

Turnstone wants to ensure that vital programs and services are available to all people with disabilities, regardless of their ability to pay.

More than half of its clients have annual family incomes under $35,000. More than 90% of these families have limited insurance or resources for coverage of catastrophic disabilities. Even those who have adequate insurance may run out of coverage after only a few months, when they may require years of therapy to regain their independence.

Project Spotlight

Virtual Turnstone: In response to the shifting routines of citizens in our community and world-wide prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Turnstone Center will continue offering many of its support services to the community and our clients remotely.

Remote support and services will be made possible by Virtual Turnstone operations that encompass a variety of digital approaches that align with our continued commitment to serve and empower people with disabilities.  Read more about Virtual Turnstone >
