How Donations Are Used

Eagle Hill School philanthropic efforts include The Annual Giving Fund, capital and endowment gifts, as well as planned and estate giving.

Project Spotlight

The Annual Giving Fund is dedicated to retaining, attracting and supporting the superior faculty of Eagle Hill School. The success of The Annual Giving Fund provides continuity of faculty, the cornerstone to the educational achievement of each child at Eagle Hill. Our faculty develops close, meaningful relationships with the students, and the key to fostering and sustaining those relationships is faculty retention.

In November of 2004, the Eagle Hill School Board of Trustees voted unanimously to implement a compensation initiative that was developed after two years of research and design. The new compensation plan is comprehensive, competitive, and transparent – allowing Eagle Hill School faculty and staff members to live a life of middle class dignity, and to plan for a comfortable retirement. As such, all proceeds from The Annual Giving Fund are dedicated to support the faculty compensation initiative.
